Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or securing our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
These Terms are intended to protect both the Client and SP Entertainment and ensure a seamless, professional experience.
Scope of Services
SP Entertainment provides professional DJ, MC, lighting, and event production services for weddings, quinceañeras, corporate events, and private celebrations.
Specific services, timelines, and deliverables are detailed within each client’s executed service agreement.
Booking & Payment Policy
To reserve an event date:
● A signed service agreement is required
● A non-refundable retainer is required
Dates are not secured until both are received.
Remaining balances are due as outlined in your agreement. Failure to remit payment by the specified date may result in cancellation of services.
All payments are processed through secure third-party platforms.
Cancellation Policy
Client-Initiated Cancellation

All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
